Lumos serves a limited number of residents in the southern end of Bath County near the Bath/Alleghany County lines on Routes 220, 606 and 687 and in the eastern section of the County on Route 42, contact Lumos at (540) 965-2255 or www.lumosfiber.com.

The County is served by three water companies depending on area:
Bath County Public Service Authority (water/waste water) serves residents in Millboro, Bacova, Chimney Run, West Warm Springs, Hot Springs, Warm Springs, Mitcheltown, Thomastown, Pinehurst Heights, Crowdertown, Cedar Creek and Carloover. Contact the Service Authority at (540) 839-7251.
