Performs skilled maintenance and carpentry work in the construction and repair of facilities. Performs grounds maintenance and landscaping duties. Prepares athletic fields. Performs pool maintenance and repair. Must have the ability to evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Performs related work as apparent or assigned.
